Contacted Aron a second time for tech packs after having liked his service a lot the first time. However, this time wasn't satisfactory at all and was quite unhappy. The order got delayed to another 7-8 days despite repeated requests since it was urgent. Further, the completed order lacked the size guides and the drawings were not up to the mark. By this point, I did not have enough time to ask for revisions and was quite fed up of asking repeatedly for the same things.
