Communication was great and the product is exactly what I wanted. I had this artist draw my two late pets sleeping together and it almost made me cry of happiness seeing the photo for the first time. I absolutely love it.

I cannot take off stars for responsiveness because I never asked for anything. I will admit that I was worried on how the product would turn out because there was no communication, but again I did not initiate a question. With that said everything was beautiful and I’m glad I gave them time and freedom to accomplish the work. There is nothing I can change. I just love it!
