Designer responded very quickly and was able to iterate designs well based off of feedback given over the site. However, ultimately the delivery was a week later than initially estimated, although a part of this might simply be due to initial under-estimation of the work required. Would still work with them again but would definitely plan in extra time to allow for delays.
