It was a painful process and we felt as we're chasing her although she happily accepted the project and said she is excited to work with us. Once accepted the project, she was mostly MIA and disattentive and once she came back she seemed to completely have forgotten the requirements we provided, so we had to go through everything 2-3 more time. She also requoted the project with 2x higher price and changed the timeline. Additionally she claimed the project was not well documented, although we provided: a brand guides, landing page, exact referencing graphic, her portfolio graphic that we liked, a photos that we wanted illustrated and textual description. We gave her 7 days for 3 small icons.
:Although I delivered the high quality work in time, client posted this terrible review. The misunderstanding at some point was the result of randomly dropping screenshots ,with the expectation that I will understand the task. Instead client could share a proper brief. As all normal clients do.
